These terms apply to nuc.med, its subdomains and every tool published on them (the "Sites"). The Sites are published by a California limited liability company ("we"). By using the Sites you agree to these terms.
Educational use
The Sites are educational references and decision-support aids for licensed health professionals. They are not medical advice and do not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, product labeling or applicable regulations. See the Medical Disclaimer.

The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content may contain errors or become out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Sites, or from any decision made in reliance on them.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, content and software on the Sites are owned by us. You may view and use them for personal, educational and clinical reference. Cited works remain the property of their authors and publishers.
Corrections
Report errors using the links on each page. We welcome corrections but are not obligated to act on them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
